This project is designed to serve local individuals and families who are experiencing hardship or misfortune. Our recipients are low income and foster families, individuals with disabilities and special needs, veterans, immigrants and refugees. Children, families and immigrants are in the heart of our services. We support our recipients by offering household necessities, school supplies, toys, various children's equipment, outdoor recreational supplies, furniture and other household items. Our inventory varies as we rely on different sources for donations.
We believe that opportunities for the project outcomes are limitless. For some, it will be a wish come true or a prayer answered. For others, it will be a welcoming gesture, an example of hospitality in a new land. Yet for others, it will be the first ever experience of receiving a brand new toy, a backpack filled with school supplies, or bed sheets.
In addition to working with individuals and families, we support organizations that strive for social change by supporting the vulnerable and needy in local communities. CCF Charity is a Community Redistribution Partner (CRP) and receives donations from several nationally known companies. The received goods are shared with local non-profit organizations and community groups. Together with our donors and partners, CCF Charity sparks hope in households devoid of basic necessities and builds a better future for our community.
